About

Empathic Listening Life‑Aligned Action Sustainable Transformation

Hello, I’m Dr. LaTashia Raymond, Founder and Clinical Director of Effective Lifestyle Solutions (ELS). I’m a licensed psychologist, military veteran, and trauma-focused clinician committed to helping individuals find healing and meaningful change. My passion for mental health began during my military service, where I saw the impact of trauma and stress on Service Members, Veterans, and their families. Growing up in an underserved community deepened my commitment to creating safe and nonjudgmental spaces for adults from all backgrounds; especially those in marginalized communities. I specialize in trauma across the lifespan, including childhood trauma, military-related trauma, moral injury, sexual assault, racial trauma, and sleep difficulties. I also support adults navigating life transitions, chronic stress, and patterns that make day-to-day life harder. In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments to help clients and providers better understand symptoms, diagnoses, and guide treatment. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you - never one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and steps that align with your goals and values. Schedule your free consultation today. You're not alone and your story matters!
